I recently stayed at the hotel , and my experience was overall quite positive, especially regarding the cleanliness and sanitation standards maintained by the staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with spotless floors, fresh linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, as the attention to detail was noticeable from the moment I entered.

The rooms are similar to what is shown on the property's photos. They were clean. They had heating mattress and centralised heater which was great for the cold. Slept comfortably, didnt feel cold inside the room even though it was -4 outside. The location is great. Regarding food, we had ordered gobhi masala, roti and gulab jamun for dinner, it was good.

We stayed at the Imperial Resort for two nights in late December 2024. During our visit to Sonamarg, the temperature dropped to around -18°C, but the resort's central heating and bed heating made our stay incredibly comfortable. The rooms were excellent, and the overall service was top-notch.

I stayed here with my mother for just a night, as part of our first-ever trip to Kashmir. The service and staff are both commendable, and especially the staff deserve a standing ovation for their hospitality. The food was great and very homely, and we loved the selection and variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. The room was adequately airy, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the ambience outside was just beautiful.
